Personal Training for Women
Coral Borras provides personal training to women seeking to
lose weight, build muscle tone, improve flexibility, decrease stress
and increase energy levels. Coral is a certified personal trainer
and has been instructing students from Miami to Los Angeles for over
six years. She received her Pilates training from the University of
South Florida and completed her Yoga Teacher's Intensive at Yoga &
Inner Peace Sivananda Training Center in Lake Worth, Florida.
Coral offers private lessons out of her home at 1728 Pershing Avenue in
Wheaton. She works with all levels, from women new to exercise to
