Digital Graphics Team
The Digital Graphics Team is responsible for creating and operating the graphics at Sunday Services and other FOL events in the Sanctuary. They coordinate with the Worship Team to create songsets and backgrounds that appear on the projection screen for viewing by the congregation. If it appears on the projection screen, then the DG Team is responsible for it.
Our goal is to provide creative and reliable services that enhance your worship experience. In order for this to occur, guidelines must be followed by anyone needing the DG Team's services. Here are a few of the types of media we work with:
- Powerpoint presentations
- Movie clips
- Announcement slides
- Worship Songsets
- Any movie clip, Powerpoint presentation, scripture reference slides, announcement slides, or other element that needs to appear on the projection screen should be turned in to the church office 48 hours before, but no later than 60 minutes prior to the start of the event. Depending on what it is you need shown, we may require a practice run-through days before the event.
- The DG Team member on duty that week must be notified of your need by phone or e-mail preferably 1 week in advance, but at least 48 hours prior to the starting time of the event. If you are unclear who is on duty that week, contact the DG Team Leader instead.
- Songsets should be ready 60 minutes before the meeting is scheduled to begin. Songs must have the correct words and spelling that will be sung at the event. Have the songs listed in the order they will be played.
